This workshop invites you to discover a simple and spontaneous way to connect with yourself and the world.

It is meant to gently remind us of our natural ability to be present with ourselves and others in social settings, helping us rediscover a basic, imperfect sense of self, others, community, within our creative potential.

We’ll draw inspiration from prompts from the We Are The Seeds project, this situation, to spark our creativity, write simple responses, and then build on those responses through improvisation that will be witnessed by the workshop participants.
